Staging techniques focus on improving a property’s appeal by insuring it is a welcoming, attractive product that any buyer can see itself living in and desire to purchase. The goal is to showcase and sell the space.

Staging or positioning the house to appeal to the psychological needs of the buyer is important for a successful sale. We will create a series of impressions that build an emotional connection for potential buyers to assist them in envisioning themselves living in the home which promotes a fast sale on the property.

The Staging Consultation is a detailed discussion, advice, and review with the client of what needs to be done to a property before the sellers list it to guarantee the best possible price.

The Home Staging Consultations are done by a Professional Home Stager.

We will provide:

Home Walkthrough: We will perform a complete walk-through of your home, at which time we will make suggestions for the space and answer any questions you might have; and
Room-By-Room Checklist: Following the Home Walkthrough, you will receive a list of tasks you can carry out to help maximize space and create visual impact within your home; or
The Full Review / Report: The Professional Home Stager will provide you with detailed photos report of all spaces and a room by room, with all suggestions and an action plan.
